hi all.. back to blog.. since i'm still working at this time.. a bit sian.. but no choice.. hai~

anyway, i'm here to nag a bit.. recently a bit sian at work.. my manager.. currently is in-charge of 2 portfolio.. so the 2 teams merged together.. but the previous team, they are quite slacked.. meaning to say the 5 of them.. everyday, they will only come in at the earliest -- 9am.. they dun leave very late.. n in between, they can chat on the phones (personal) all day.. their own team work distribution is veri bad too.. it's nv clear which of them is in charge of wat.

so recently, after my manager took over, things have not changed at all. they still can come in late.. chat on the phone.. etc.. n worst still.. they can choose the work they want to do and dun wan to do.. it's like.. wth.. they dun like to do admin work.. all want to soak up in the marketing work.. hai~ i dun understand hw cum they can do this.. i mean, job is job.. who gives u the power to choose wat u wanna do and wat u dun wan to.. worst still.. my manager expectation for them is damn low.. but her expectation for our own team is super high.. as if we are not human at all.. thinkin we are super women.. nt that we can't delivery.. but it's i damn unhappy la.. we are all workin adults.. and they had been here longer than me.. n yet.. my manager expectations from me is higher than them.. in fact, i have to cover their work.. they have 3 person n we have 3 person.. but when they go on leave, i got to cover their job..

n the worst thing is that currently we are preparing for the market.. some new products.. it's not their product line.. it's our products line.. but just becoz they say they wan to try new things, my manager put in under their care.. but it's not right.. it's not like we are not capable to handle.. but just becoz my manager wanna keep them or make sure they are happy, she jus give in to them.. perhaps like wat one of my colleague said, they noe how to "coax" my manager.. we doesn't.. but i nv believe my manager is such a person.. since i came in, i always have great respect for her.. i find her very capable and a veri good boss.. but recently, i keeps feeling that it's unfair.. for her to be so protective over the other team.. n yet, we are more independent.

hai~ ok.. enough abt work for now..

merrick is fine.. did i mention that i signed him up to be a model? lolx.. he will be shooting his first portfolio photos in next 2 weeks.. hee.. pretty excited.. hopefully i will be able to take half day leave to see his shoot..
